Tom Maloney

Originally from the United States, Tom Maloney brings a lifetime of experience in construction, business operations, and high-level sales to his role in Belize real estate. Raised in a family construction business and the son of a city building inspector, Tom developed an early understanding of quality construction, property evaluation, and the importance of long-term value.

Following high school, Tom proudly served in the United States Army, where he built the discipline, accountability, and problem-solving mindset that would define his professional career. He later went on to spend more than 30 years in the material handling industry, consistently producing over $5 million in annual sales while earning a reputation for integrity, reliability, and exceptional client relationships.

Beyond his corporate sales background, Tom has extensive hands-on experience in construction, renovation, and property operations. Alongside his wife Lori, he successfully renovated and now operates a boutique hotel in Placencia, Belize giving him direct insight into the realities of investing, building, and operating a business in Belize.

Having personally navigated the process of relocating and establishing a life abroad, Tom offers clients practical guidance rooted in firsthand experience. His approach is professional, detail-oriented, and focused on helping buyers and investors make informed, confident decisions in one of the Caribbean’s most unique and rewarding markets.
