Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Patty built her foundation in Hotel and Restaurant Management, launching her career within the hospitality sector where attention to detail and guest experience are paramount. She held leadership roles ranging from Front Office Manager to Sales, Catering, and Event Planning, and completed formal management training with globally recognized brands including Stouffer’s and Marriott Hotels. This early exposure to high-level service environments shaped her intuitive understanding of client needs and expectations.

Her professional journey evolved into the telecommunications sector, where she managed customer service operations for Ameritech/SBC and later advanced into leadership within the cellular division. Patty further expanded her technical and consulting capabilities as a Telecom Consultant for a major energy company, overseeing complex communication systems and infrastructure.

In more recent years, Patty diversified her expertise across real estate-adjacent industries, including insurance, escrow, and large-scale development. She served as an Assistant Escrow Manager for a RE/MAX brokerage in California, gaining critical insight into transaction management and closing processes. Her role as a Facilities Manager within the solar energy sector saw her overseeing utility-scale projects, while her work as an Office Administrator and Manager for construction firms strengthened her operational and organizational acumen.

Patty initially moved to Belize with plans to retire, but her passion for people, property, and community quickly brought her back into the real estate space. Now based in Hopkins Village, she and her husband Tom have embraced the coastal lifestyle balancing work with time spent gardening, diving, and enjoying the natural beauty of the region alongside their three beloved dogs.

Deeply rooted in the community, Patty has been actively involved in local initiatives, including her time with the Hopkins Rotary, and continues to build meaningful relationships throughout the village and surrounding areas.
