Originally from Canada, Kim and her husband Dean spent years traveling throughout Central America before ultimately choosing Belize as their permanent home. After relocating to the Stann Creek District, Kim quickly fell in love with the Belize lifestyle, culture, and sense of community a passion she now shares daily with clients looking to invest, relocate, retire, or build their dream life in paradise.

Prior to entering real estate, Kim built a successful career in the service and design industries and is also a Certified Interior Designer. Her background provides clients with a unique advantage when evaluating homes, investment opportunities, renovations, layouts, and overall property potential. Combined with Dean’s extensive background in engineering, construction, and development, the Astren team offers clients a rare blend of technical knowledge, design insight, and real-world investment guidance.

Kim specializes in luxury residences, beachfront homes, resort-style properties, development opportunities, and lifestyle-focused investments throughout Belize, including Placencia, Hopkins, Sittee River, and surrounding coastal communities.
