Originally from Canada, Dean and his wife Kim spent years traveling throughout Central America before ultimately choosing Belize as their home. After relocating to the Stann Creek District, Dean immersed himself in the Belize real estate market and quickly became recognized for his direct communication style, transparency, strong negotiation skills, and hands-on approach with clients.

Today, Dean specializes in luxury residences, beachfront homes, private islands, resort opportunities, development land, and investment properties throughout Belize, including the Placencia Peninsula, Hopkins, Sittee River, and surrounding coastal regions. His ability to combine real estate expertise with construction and development knowledge provides a significant advantage for both investors and buyers looking to fully understand the opportunities and potential challenges behind every property.
