Originally arriving in Belize by sailboat seventeen years ago after years of living and working throughout the Eastern Caribbean and Pacific, Belize quickly became more than a destination for Anna Morpurgo and her family it became home. What began as a global search for the ideal lifestyle evolved into a deep-rooted passion for the country, its people, and the opportunities it offers for both investors and those seeking a more intentional way of life.

Over the years, Anna has personally experienced nearly every aspect of relocating, investing, building, renovating, managing, and operating property in Belize. From purchasing and developing multiple properties to overseeing long- and short-term rental operations, she brings clients a rare combination of firsthand experience, operational knowledge, and local insight that extends far beyond traditional real estate.

Before transitioning fully into real estate, Anna served as Operations Manager for an international sailing resort for five years, developing extensive expertise in logistics, permits, taxes, staffing, inventory management, and navigating the practical realities of operating a successful business in Belize. Her strong local network and hands-on understanding of how things work on the ground allow her to confidently guide clients through both the opportunities and complexities of investing or relocating internationally.
